Day 15 - Keep growing

These last few days, from this last month, were so hard for everybody and were a big wake up call for everybody. And we cannot remain the same after this horrible moment. We have to learn, to change, to grow our courage to speak out, to grow our empathic and compassionate side. We have to grow our power to change the our surroundings, our city, our country and the most important thing to change ourselves.

Each moment, each event, good or bad thing that happens to us can help us grow stronger, learn and evolve. We get this chance every day. We should use it well.
