I learned that sport is Very important and should be administrated almost every day, for a mental and physical well being. Although I am a very active person, I’m quite lazy during the weekends, but today I went to a Tae Bo gym with a dear friend and it was hard yet great in the same time. So go do something, be active! Feel better!
