Day 73 - Magic in clay pot

24’th of December – Christmas Eve .
The mighty oven creates magic flavors and Christmas mood in the house.  Before the sweet bread cakes are baked just while the Christmas tree is being decorated by me, my mom made cabbage rolls (“sarmale” in Romanian ) in a wonderful clay pot, that remembered me about traditions and childhood.
