Day 207 – Remembering

Day 207 - Remembering

5 years ago, on 25th of March we said goodbye to someone so very dear, my grandfather, on behalf of my dad. Today we had a small family remembrance dinner with some food and wine.

I am so happy when I get to see him in my dreams, but it happens rarely.
One time I dreamt him wearing his old red used shirt in the front of the house were he lived, he was happy, smiling under his big white eyebrows, we hugged and I felt his rough face on my cheek. A simple detail but a very familiar one. It seemed so very real, even in the dream I was wondering because I knew it wasn’t possible anymore. That dream is a very dear one for me.
